At Rude Rainbow, we want you to love your purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, we're here to help!
Please review our policy below to make the process as simple and quick as possible.
Eligibility:
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact).
- Timeframe: Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item(s).
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using tracked postage, as Rude Rainbow is not responsible for returns that are not received.
How to Return:

- Return the item you no longer want by following the instructions provided.
- Once we receive your returned item in a sellable condition, we’ll issue a refund for the item.
How to Exchange:
- Submit your return through our portal here.
- Return the item you no longer want by following the instructions provided.
- Place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This will allow for faster delivery as your new item will ship as soon as you place your new order. It will also allow for you to secure the size, style, or design you want without waiting.
- Once we receive your returned item in a sellable condition, we’ll issue a refund for the original item.
DELIVERY GUARANTEE ORDERS
- This option is only for customers who purchased delivery insurance during checkout.
- This option is in case of Loss, Damage or Theft during delivery.
- If your tracking has advised that your order has been delivered but it is missing/damaged please email us at hello@ruderaibow.com.
- Please Note: In the event of the package being stolen, we will require a report to be made with Australia Post domestically, or the local postal service internationally prior to any form of compensation. This will need to be shared with Rude Rainbow as proof.
